AI Addendum to Privacy Notice

Marketix AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), with registation number 15292273, and with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H9JQ, United Kingdom, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This notice explains how we use Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technologies in our own operations and within the AI-powered services we provide to clients.

AI Tools in Use

AI refers to technologies and methods designed to emulate aspects of human reasoning, prediction, and language generation to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

  • Communication data: enquiry messages, chatbot conversations, or call transcripts (for AI Call Assistant).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and website analytics.
  • Uploaded content: files, forms, or information you share with us for service setup or automation.
  • Billing and invoice information: limited to business contact details, invoice addresses, and payment confirmations for administrative and accounting purposes.

Note: We do not process or store any payment card or bank account details. All financial transactions are handled securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, GoHighLevel Payments) and are not accessed or used by any of our AI systems.


How Do We Collect Your Data?

How We Protect Your Data

  • All data processed through our AI systems is protected using industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and strict access controls.
  • External AI providers act as data processors under formal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to ensure compliance with UK GDPR.
  • We do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects without your explicit consent or appropriate safeguards in place.

Third-Party AI and Automation Systems

We work with carefully selected third-party platforms that help us deliver, automate, and enhance our AI-powered services. These providers act as data processors under formal DPAs, ensuring compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Each of these platforms processes data only as required to perform the contracted services with Marketix AI Ltd.

However, as each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service, we cannot fully guarantee that data processed through their systems will never be used for internal improvement or training purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data processed through our AI tools is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice or to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Where possible, data is anonymised or securely deleted when no longer required.
